Shipping policy

  • At Flair PK, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely across Pakistan.

    Shipping Charges

    • Free Shipping on all orders of Rs. 5,000 and above.
    • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.

    Delivery Time

    • Lahore: Delivery within 24–48 hours.
    • All Other Cities: Delivery within 3–5 working days.

    Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

    Peak Season Delays

    During major sales events, public holidays, or high-order periods, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

    Advance Payment

    For orders valued above Rs. 15,000, an advance payment may be required before dispatch.

    Heavy Shipments

    Orders weighing more than 10 KG will incur an additional shipping charge of Rs. 50 per extra KG.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
